Created from a stunning pinstripe cotton fabric, the Thea Blouse features a cold-shoulder design that ends with self-tie straps at the elbows and a row of functional buttons that go all the way down to the hem. While the cutouts draw much of the attention to the shoulders, the three-quarter length sleeves focuses onlookers’ eyes onto your wrist, making it a good piece to wear bracelets with.
