DELIVERY RATES & SERVICES

Most orders will ship out within 1 - 3 working days upon payment confirmation. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a dispatch notification email that provides you with your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s website.

Once your order has arrived in your country, it'll be passed on to an internal postal service. If you're not in when your package arrives, the carrier will leave a card containing details on where or how to pick up your order / rearrange delivery.

Please bear in mind that all delivery time stated below are just an estimate and does not include customs delay. From There On shall not be responsible for any delayed packages due to customs clearance.

All Standard Shipping orders for Malaysia are delivered by Ninjavan while all other countries listed below by J&T Express. Express Shipping orders are delivered by DHL Express.

Kindly note that orders delivered by Ninjavan and J&T Express are not fully trackable as they are handled by your local postal office after the packages have arrived in your resident country. 

BACKORDERS

Kindly note that delivery charges stated are for per shipment only. All in-stock and backorder purchases will be shipped separately in two shipments. 

The estimated delivery time and shipping charges will be as follows:

Free International Standard Shipping for Malaysia orders (in a single purchase) totalling over US$75*. 

However, please keep in mind that if your order contains mixed merchandises (in-stock and backorder); free shipping applies only if either the in-stock or backorder items add up to US$75*.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

Upon payment, you'll be charged in the selected currency. If your payment card is registered with a different currency to the one you are purchasing in, your bank will convert the price using their exchange rate.

If you're purchasing a Gift Card, you'll need to purchase and spend it in the selected currency.  

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please keep in mind that any custom, taxes or import duties imposed are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. As we've no control over such situations, the payments of these charges and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by From There On. It's a good idea to contact your local customs office before placing an order, so you don't receive any unexpected charges.

TERMS AND POLICES

By shopping at From There On, you're responsible for all applicable custom charges and the cost of return shipping back to From There On including shipments that are refused by you at delivery. All products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer upon check-out; From There On shall not be liable for any forms of lost packages. To avoid such situations, kindly review your information before continuing.

Should the package be returned to From There On due to an invalid address / contact number or if the package is unclaimed at your local postal office, you'll bear full responsibility for the shipping charges necessary for a re-shipment. In such cases, a return or refund is strictly prohibited.
