Insider Member
Simply sign up for an account on our website to be an Insider member
- no minimum spending required to maintain Insider member status
Silver Member
Spend SGD$600 within 12 months to ascend from Insider to Silver member
- minimum spending of SGD$500 within 12 months to maintain Silver member status
Gold Member
Spend SGD$1,200 within 12 months to ascend from Silver to Gold member
- minimum spending of SGD$1,000 within 12 months to maintain Gold member status
From 16th July 2021, all existing Bandita members will be converted to a Silver member but will have to maintain a minimum spending of SGD $500 within the next 12 months to stay as a Silver member. If the minimum spending is not met by the stipulated timeframe, you'll be switched to an Insider member.

> Membership programme is only applicable to local orders
> Member discount will only be applied to your order if you're logged in to your account
> Member discount is only valid on regular-priced products (excluding gift cards and curated brand merchandise such as P.F. Candle Co. and Novesta)
> Membership will only be activated after the order status has been changed to 'Completed'
> Reward points will be awarded after the order status has been changed to 'Completed'
> Accumulation of reward points will only be applicable for your next purchase after the membership has been activated
> Spending accumulation is calculated based on the completion of orders
> Shipping charges, sale items, curated brands merchandise and orders placed using store credits will not be eligible for point accumulation
> Reward points will be awarded based on the final amount paid for the order (excluding shipping charges). Reward points will not be awarded for amounts paid using gift cards and shopping mall vouchers.
> For orders placed from 16th July 2021, reward points awarded will expire within 6 months from date of issue
> Reward points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable
> Strictly no extension or reinstatement of expired reward points
> Voucher(s) must be redeemed upon checkout / before payment both online and in-store. Any unutilised voucher(s) will not be refunded.
